Telephone Calls
Our physicians and staff are dedicated to being available to you should questions or problems arise unexpectedly. Our staff is trained to answer most questions and handle most minor problems that may arise. Please call the appropriate office number between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to reach our staff. If a staff member cannot answer your question or problem, it will be referred to your physician, or to the physician on call that day. You will be called back with an answer that day. Non-urgent messages for the physician may not be returned until the following day, as the physician may be working in one of the other offices on the day you call.
